Teapots is a traditional tea rooms situated in the
lovely market town of Olney. We're a family run business and we support
the local community by sourcing all our produce locally. Our eggs are
from Ravenstone, fruit and veg from Parkins the local greengrocer - we
try and use local shops where possible.
We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of
homemade food from scones and cakes to our light lunches. We have great feedback
from our customers who appreciate uncomplicated real home made food. We use
traditional recipes from the Bero Book, Delia and other familiar recipe books.
We also make a wide range of gluten free cakes and
light lunches which are really appreciated by our customers. We try to cater for
anyone with special dietary requirements.
Olney is a lovely place to visit and is probably
most famous for the annual pancake race and the Olney Hymns which were written
here - Amazing Grace being most famous. The Cowper and Newton Museum is worth a
visit as is the parish church of St Peter and St Paul.
